No rubber stamps

Tell your Senators that the Supreme Court is no place for extremists, and that they should not act as a rubber stamp for the President’s nominee to replace Sandra Day O’Connor. The Constitution calls for the Senate to “advise and consent” to judicial nominees and the process should be one to create a consesus candidate that the majority of Americans can support.
